This Privacy Policy describes how NAZWORKS LTD. ("NazWorks", "we", "us") handles information in connection with our website and our software applications.

Information we collect

Website. Our website does not require you to create an account. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to send us and retain it only as long as needed to respond.

Applications. Our applications store all data you enter locally on your device. The software does not transmit your data anywhere. We do not collect it, cannot access it, and never receive it. There are no accounts, no sign-in, and no server.

Backup and export

Our applications let you export your data to a file that you save wherever you choose. An export is initiated by you and is sent nowhere automatically. If you save it to iCloud Drive or another cloud service, that file is governed by that service's privacy policy rather than ours.

Analytics and tracking

We do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs in our applications, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties except where required by law.

Children's privacy

Our applications are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you by contacting us at Peter@nazworks.net. Because our applications store data locally on your device, you can delete all application data at any time by deleting the app.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
